Intuit provides the best tools in the business. It allows a web design novice to build a website for themselves in minutes. But this can be a blessing and curse. Because unfortunately, being able to drop components onto a canvas does not lead to a good web design that visitors will want to come to your site and return to time and time again.
Intuit provides you with SiteBuilder and Storefront and leaves you on your own. When you ask for help, you will usually be told it is a do it yourself product. But if you want them to build it for you it will cost you $600 or $1,000 and they wont use all the work you have already done.
I worked for 2 years as a web adviser for Intuit. And what I hated the most is I was never able to give the kind of attention to the customers that they deserved. Which is the reason why I started IWS Support. So I can provide you a higher level of customer service.
